We invite you to delve into these compelling stories and deepen your understanding by clicking on our dedicated YouTube playlist here. Some of the interviewees preferred not to unveil their identity which is why we provide written transcripts of these insightful conversations, accessible by clicking on the section “Interviews”.

A Journey Across Five Countries

The TRANScenDANCE Training for Trainers programme reached more than 60 participants across the five partner countries involved in the project.

Following the international training held in Marseille, partner organisations implemented national training sessions in their respective countries. During these local trainings, volunteers and professionals explored gender issues and inclusive artistic practices through methodologies combining dance, theatre, and participatory learning approaches.

These national trainings built upon the methodologies and activities developed during the international exchange in Marseille, allowing each partner to adapt the tools to their own cultural and social contexts.

Beyond Training: Stories of Reflection and Transformation

The videos in this playlist go beyond simple interviews. They offer personal reflections on a journey of learning, discovery, and collective engagement.

Participants speak about the experiences they lived during the trainings, the connections created within the groups, and the insights they gained while exploring questions of gender identity, inclusion, and accessibility in artistic spaces.

Many share how this experience encouraged them to rethink their perspectives and strengthened their motivation to contribute to more inclusive and supportive communities through artistic and cultural practices.
