Under the direction of Sicilian choreographers Antonino Ceresia and Fabio Dolce, the company creates innovative performances that blend both contemporary and traditional arts, drawing inspiration from literature, music, poetry, and visual arts.

Dance Without Borders: From contemporary dance to ballet, Latin dances to ballroom dances, and contact improvisation, Cie Essevesse explores a diversity of styles to create inclusive, accessible, and emotional performances. By collaborating with artists from various backgrounds, the company reaches audiences of all ages, abilities, and origins.

A Social and Therapeutic Mission: For us, dance is much more than an art; it becomes a true means of empowerment and social inclusion. Through workshops and performances, we support those who have been marginalized, such as migrants, sex workers, and those dealing with addictions or disabilities.

Antonino and Fabio, certified in Dance Therapy and Contemporary Art Therapy, firmly believe that dance is a way to overcome personal and social obstacles. It allows everyone to unlock their full potential and break free from the chains of the past.

An International Network for Change Through Dance : Thanks to international collaborations and projects like Erasmus+, Cie Essevesse is building a global network that aims to make dance a driving force for positive social transformation.
