From February 25 to March 2, 2025, the partners of the TRANScenDANCE project will gather in Marseille, France, for an International Training hosted at Klap Maison pour la danse. This training is a key step in the project, focusing on sharing best practices, strengthening collaboration, and co-developing inclusive training methodologies.

The training aims to provide partners with a platform to exchange experiences and methodologies related to inclusion in dance practices. One of the highlights will be the participation of TRANSAT Association, which will conduct sessions on transgender issues to deepen the consortium’s understanding and awareness on the matter.

Each partner organization will contribute by presenting activities and workshops based on their expertise and approaches to inclusion. These sessions will serve as a foundation for co-creating a structured training program that can later be shared and implemented locally by all partners.

• Training by TRANSAT Association on transgender issues (February 25)
• Workshops and activities led by Cie Essevesse, GAMMA Genesis, LaJoven, BAZAART, and Nexus
• Collaborative session to design a comprehensive training program
• Final session (March 2) dedicated to project coordination, reflection, and planning future activities

By the end of the training, the consortium will have:
