Through these deliverables, we aim to drive meaningful change and make the arts more inclusive for all.

As part of our research-driven approach, we are developing valuable resources for both cultural professionals and the broader EU community. These tools aim to foster inclusivity and support transgender individuals in the arts.

Transcendance: Towards More Inclusive Cultural Spaces

On Saturday, March 15, 2025 at KLAP Maison pour la danse, the essevesse company presented the European project Transcendance: How can we make European cultural spaces more inclusive and accessible for trans people?

Who attended?

– Artists & artistic facilitators
– Members of the LGBTQIA+ community, especially Trans/Non-binary individuals
– Performing arts educators & directors of cultural institutions (theaters, museums, conservatories, etc.)
– People interested or affected by the topic
